DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposits are required for all appointments.
Deposits are 50% of your estimated cost for your service
+ the cost of hair if extensions are being added in
Deposits are due the day you book your appointment
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
FOR ANY REASON
Reshcheduling & Transfer of Deposits
Deposits are transferable to a different date IF you reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours ahead of your scheduled date and time (aka: please give us at least a 3day warning)
A deposit is only transferable to a new date twice and needs to be used with 6 months of your original appointment date.
Deposits are forfeited completely if:
-you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours in advance
-you no call/no show (don't make any effort to cancel... aka ghosting, and it's ain't cute!)
-you cancel your appointment at anytime and don’t reschedule within 3 months
-you are more then 30 minutes late or more to your appointment time resulting in the necessity to reschedule.
-if you did not pay your deposit by the due date and you cancel within 72 hrs of your appointment or no call/no show
I reserve the right to charge your card on file for the deposit amount.

Policies
Clients more than 30 minutes late will be required to pay for the time missed and may possibly need to reschedule their appointment for a future date.
Repeated or last-minute cancellations, excessive lateness, or no-shows will be required to pay for their entire missed appointment balance due (after deposit) in order to book another appointment. (See deposit policies above)
I reserve the right to refuse an appointment or service to anyone for any reason. My intuition always guides us properly and our boundaries are just as imporant as my clients.

Getting Here:
This is a private studio in Philadelphia, it is not open to the public. Address and instructions on where to park and how to enter our studio will be included in your confirmation email & text.
Parking:
free street parking with no time limits (do not block a driveway)
