CONSULTATION FORM

• All new perspective clients are REQUIRED to complete this consultation form before any dreadlocks appointment can be made.

• No exceptions. Our consultation together is the most important part of this process. 

• Consultation forms are reviewed in the order they are received and when we have the time & energy to dedicate to them (aka 1-2 weeks) 

• Once we review your form, you will recieve an emailed quote and detailed instructions on how to book your appointment. 

• Consultations may occassionally be shut down if we become booked out too far so our existing clients don't have to wait longer than 2 months.
