CONSULTATION FORM

  • All new perspective clients are REQUIRED to complete this consultation form before any dreadlocks appointment can be made.

  • No exceptions. Our consultation together is the most important part of this process. 

  • Consultation forms are reviewed in the order they are received and when I have the time & energy to dedicate to them (aka 1-2 weeks) 

  • Once I review your form, you will recieve an emailed quote and detailed instructions on how to book your appointment. 

  • Consultations may occassionally be shut down if i become booked out too far so my existing clients don't have to wait longer than 2 months.

  • If you can see the  orange "click here to begin button" below we are currently accepting new consultations.

  • If you do not, please check back each week to see when we begin again.  

  • Everyone is welcome here. Racism, Misogyny, Gender & Homophobic Verbage (written or spoken), or any type of discrimination is not.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason that feels justifiable to us in our professional & energetic experiences.
